I have just purchased the truck in Florida. I am considering re powering the engine to Cummins R.28 or 4BT before I bring it home to New Zealand. It would be great to get advice and guidance if it is worthwhile undertaking this engine swap project before shipping back to NZ. The truck was supposed to ship next week April 1st 2024. I have been let down by the transport company and now missed the cut off date for the truck to be received at the port. I am now considering an engine swap if feasible, then ship the truck home to NZ.
