PC220LC-6 Cummins 5.9 Engine Swap

Swapped 5.9 Cummins in 1998 PC220LC-6

Machine worked prior to swap, now engine dies with a puff of black smoke when trying to use the hydraulics.

Spent a year trying to figure it out, no luck. Used all the Komatsu 5.9 accessories. Injector pump/fuel pump, housings etc.

Any thoughts?
