Build story

From the age of 5 I wanted this car from the first time I seen it fly across the screen. In 2014 the car came up for sale on kijiji and I picked up my dream. I started with the body, having no experience doing body work I set out and started. The body took me almost a year to get ready for paint. When I got it into the booth ready for some color I went with white to start as a base. The second color was the corvette flame red and then the clear, Couple of runs and some orange peel but nothing a good wet sand and polish couldn't fix. After the paint was like glass the graphics got put on. Never doing a motor before, it got shoe horned into the engine bay. I'll never forget the day it first started.. I don't have kids but I imagine it's like watching your child walk for the first time. This was my first build and my first of a lot of things with cars. The list of what I haven't done to this car is easier to write out then what I have done. From the bare shell of a car to what it is today the only things I have not done is the windshield, back windshield and roof liner. Everything else I did myself with a good friend (Dean Vardy).
Thank you for all you guys do.
