306, Eagle rods, GT 40 heads, Ford E cam, Edelbrock 2121, Holley 650, SUMMIT long tube headers, rebuilt c4 w/Transgo shift kit. AMC 20 rear-end with 3.55 gears.
Frame connected, disc brake conversion.

This is our 1974 Ford Maverick. My dad has owned the car since 1980. It was originally an inline 6 car that 38 years ago he swapped to a 302 changed the diff and re painted it while driving it to trade school. This past year we completely tore the car down and rebuilt all of the suspension, did a disc brake swap, connected the frame, rebuilt the motor and trans and re did the interior. The car is not quite done yet but we drove it all last summer as it was and now we are getting it ready for paint. I could tell stories about this car over the years and the rebuild for days.
