Factory 18 valve 3 liter V6, Auto, custom J-pipe, GT35 turbo, 50mm wastegate, 3 inch exhaust with JDM style lobster tip muffler. 550cc injectors, 600x300 front mount intercooler, turbosmart BOV, Megasquirt MS3X Management, commodore coilpacks, 36-1 crank trigger conversion, electronic boost control.
EL Ford falcon hi output alternator, thermo fans

Fully stripped / gutted interior, no carpet, heater, sunroof, all removed.
Bonnet/bootlid frames cutout, hinges removed, back doors gutted windows bolted in position. All body deadening and factory wiring removed from inside vehicle.

Fibreglass Dashboard with Autometer Ultra-lite gauges
Saas Steering wheel
B&M shifter
Hydro Handbrake
Line lock valve to turn off rear brakes
Roof mount switch panel

Fuel cell, surge tank, twin 044 pumps, Malpassi reg, Deadhead setup

Battery in boot, isolation switch in rear quarter panel utilizing old aerial hole

FC RX7 adjustable coilovers, locked factory diff, 18x8 & 18x9 Armano wheels
Holden Astra electric power steering pump

Custom mix Green over Satin black paint, red vinyl roof, custom push button clips to remove boot lid completely (there#039;s no hinges anymore) and custom bonnet latches.

I think that#039;s everything.....

Build story

This is my Mazda 929 that I have been building at work on a budget.
The car is for Skids, Drags and drifting and intended for having as much fun as possible without breaking the bank.

I have been slowly tinkering with it after hours to get it to where it is today, but it#039;s still a long way off and essentially an unfinished project.
