In 2017 my grandpa bought the car because he has always wanted to restore a classic from when he was a child. We worked on the car each summer until 2019 when a heart injury halted the project. He is currently recovering and I am doing my best to maintain it until he is ready to work again. The car came with a Buick nailhead and a ford transmission along with ford axles. The man my grandfather bought the car off of use to street race it in the 60s. Hence the odd modifications. The work we did to it was sanding down what we could to prep for paint. We repainted the engine and frame of the car. Currently it needs the doors aligned, timing and clutch work, and body repairs/paint.
