Rebuilt M50 NV 2.5L inline 6 engine mated to a ZF 5 speed manual transmission and 3.15 stage 2 racing diffs LSD. Engine has lowered compression from 10:1 to 8.5:1, Arp head studs, cutring head gasket, copper head spacer, cx racing gt35 turbo kit, 38mm turbosmart wastegate, custom intercooler piping, ac delete, high flow aluminum rad, lower deg thermostat, aluminum thermostat housing, electric fan conversion, boost controller, afr boost/vacuum pressure oil pressure and coolant temp gauges in custom gauge pods, miller performance war chip for tuning, converted engine harness to run on the 413 red label ecu, ecs tuning lightweight single mass flywheel with e34 M5 clutch disk and pressure plate, custom 3" turbo-back exhaust with vibrant resonator and mufler, bilstein struts, 27mm front and 24mm rear sway bars, 325mm front rotors, bavarian auto lowering springs, depo glass projector headlights with angel eyes, euro corners and all red tail lights, lux side skirts, M3 front bumper, side mirrors and spoiler. Sitting on staggered 17" apex arc-8's on falken azenis rt660 semi slicks.
Build story
Here we go... Bought the car about 5 years ago as a project after owning another e36 as my first car and falling in love with the platform, currently own 3 haha. Car sat for nearly 10 years and needed brakes, brake lines, fuel lines, fuel pump and alternator to get running, drove for a summer and wanted some more power. I pulled the engine, rebuilt my first engine and spent the past couple years finalizing the turbo build and just recently sorted it all out, the car is not done as projects never seem to be. Have plans on getting it dyno tuned, converting to 6 speed transmission and would like to eventually rebuild engine again and increase displacement to a 3.0L to help spool the turbo at lower rpms.
