Refund Policy
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at info@debossgarage.com. Do not send items back without first requesting a return. Unrequested returns will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
Damages and incorrect orders
Inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at info@debossgarage.com immediately so we can make it right.
Non-returnable items

Sale items
Gift cards
Digital products and downloads
Custom or personalized items
Contest periods
Purchases made during an active contest promotion period are non-refundable after the contest drawing date. Exchanges for a different size or replacement for a quality issue are still available where applicable. See the Official Rules for the applicable contest for full details.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original through the standard return process above. Once accepted, place a new order for the item you want.
European Union
If your order is shipping to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason, without justification. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times vary by bank or card issuer.
If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, contact us at info@debossgarage.com.
