These Terms of Service govern your use of debossgarage.com and any services offered through it, including the Deboss Nation membership platform. By accessing or using this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use this website.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Red Egg Entertainment (operating as DEBOSS GARAGE) is a Canadian company. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
1. Intellectual property
All content on this website, except User Generated Content as defined below, is owned by Red Egg Entertainment or its licensors and is protected under Canadian and applicable international copyright, trademark, and patent law. All rights reserved. Nothing in these terms grants you any licence to use our intellectual property.
2. User generated content
"User Generated Content" includes any photos, videos, written descriptions, comments, build documentation, messages, links, or other material you post or upload to this website or the Deboss Nation platform.
By submitting any content to debossgarage.com, you grant Red Egg Entertainment and DEBOSS GARAGE a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, distribute, and monetize that content on any platform, medium, or format, including but not limited to social media, YouTube, our website, print, merchandise, press materials, and sponsor communications, for any purpose, without further compensation or notice to you. This licence survives account deletion or termination.
You are solely responsible for any content you submit. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party.
3. Accounts
If you create an account on this website or within Deboss Nation, you are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account and password
All activity that occurs under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or breach at nation@debossgarage.com
Providing accurate, current, and complete information and keeping it up to date
4. Payment
By making a purchase on this website, you agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us and our designated payment processor to charge the full amount to your selected payment method, including applicable taxes, fees, and shipping costs. We may cancel any transaction we believe violates these terms or may result in financial loss.
5. Goods and services
We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe all products and services offered on this website. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy of any product information and you acknowledge that purchases are made at your own risk. For goods or services sold by third parties, we assume no liability and any claims should be directed to the manufacturer or seller directly.
6. Shipping, delivery and returns
Shipping costs and delivery dates are subject to change. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order for any reason. If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

If you terminate your Deboss Nation account, your personal account data will be deleted within 30 days. Content you have submitted to the platform may be retained under the perpetual licence granted in Section 2.

You may not reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code from any part of this website. You may not attempt to circumvent any security measures, access restricted areas, or interfere with the operation of the website or its users.
12. Service interruptions
We may interrupt access to the website for maintenance or emergency purposes at any time without notice. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from such interruptions.
13. Account termination
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at our sole discretion, at any time, without notice, for any reason including breach of these terms, non-payment, or conduct that impairs the operation of the website or the experience of other users.
14. Assumption of risk
Nothing on this website constitutes legal, medical, or financial advice. Your use of this website and any purchases made through it are at your own risk.
15. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Red Egg Entertainment's total liability to you arising from your use of this website is limited to the greater of $100 CAD or the amount you paid to Red Egg Entertainment in the preceding six months. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, or incidental damages.

We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party websites linked from this site.
19. Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
