Build story

So this project started out as building a nice simple off road truck and it evolved into what you see here. It started about 7 years ago when I bought this truck with 16,000 original miles. Once the mods started it all spiraled out of control and The Mule was born. There is not much left that is stock. Pretty much everything on the truck was custom fabricated from the exo cage, to the rock sliders, to the axle trusses, down to the small details and bracketry. I learned a lot during the build of this truck. Throughout the course of the build there were setbacks, and re-dos but it all paid off in the end.\r
\r
All through the truck there are lots of personal touches and lots of red (which is my favorite color if you couldn't guess). I wanted a truck that did not look thrown together, but functioned well and looked good doing it. After 6 long years I finished the truck about a year ago just in time to drive 2,000 miles to go to Fullsize Invasion in Moab, Utah. Fullsize Invasion is an event that takes place during Easter Jeep Safari and invites Full size rigs such as mine to wheel the trails as a group in Moab, Utah. The truck performed awesome and the views and wheeling in Moab are out of this world.\r
\r
When not wheeling in Moab, we are wheeling closer to home at Raush Creek Offroad Park or AOAA. I want to thank my family and friends for helping me and supporting me during the build process of this truck. Just as anything it will never be complete and there will always be things to change and improve.\r
