Build story
I started this build in 2017 when I got a free 1985 chevy c70 diesel box truck. I was expecting to scrap the truck after taking the box truck for a storage bin. On a whim I decided to try and get the truck running. I figured it was unlikely. But with some fresh batteries and a new ignition switch I cranked it over maybe one revolution and it fired right up. So... I started the build, I initially wanted to use a 30's Cadillac body but thanks to craigslist found a decent 53' instead. fast forward to 2019 and it was up and running and ready for shows. Every thing in and out of this truck is custom it drives smooth like a Cadillac with disc brakes on all four corners and hydro-boost power steering. With a 12k winch on the front bumper, a large flatbed with a 3k lift-gate this truck is unstoppable and good for any job site. Aerospace hardware dots the build from the front bumper the the drivers compartment.
