Build story
Since i couldnt afford to buy a lotus elise as prices have gone crazy I decided to build my own!\r

The concept of the car is how light can I make the car but also limited to what i could do in a single garage with only hand tools.\r

Every single part of the car has been built by myself, engine, gearbox, fabrication, wiring, plumbing on a pretty limited budget.\r

I built the car from a completely bare chassis and every single component was checked to see if I need it, then weighed it and see if there were other materials I could use to make it lighter(including all fasteners)\r
\r
The car is fully road legal in the UK and I drive it at weekend for fun(though with restrictions I can drive it to the shops)\r
\r
In the end with a full rollcage, large intercooler, oil accumulator it weighs 630kg so over 1000bhp/ton\r

As far as im aware its the only lotus drag car out there and pretty much the only one that can do wheelies off the line!\r

Its been a hard road up to yet, as there is no one doing anything similar to me so chassis setup takes from work and also because I build the most powerful of these engines I have to test components and concepts myself.\r

The target of the car is to be the first Lotus into the 8s\r
