65 fastback clone of R model Shelby. \r
347 stroker making just over 600hp N/A. full roll cage, 21 gallon fuel cell. Not a show car. Made for vintage racing.

wasn't sure what category to put it in so here goes. My uncle acquired this car about 4 years ago cheaply via Ebay and wanted to make it a shelby r model clone to race. He had neither the car knowledge or space to do this so the car ended up in my driveway for 2 years while i worked at it. I have no shop only a small 8x15 shed so literally everything was done shade tree. I honestly dont have enough space to list all thats gone wrong so far. Id need about 3 pages or an hour long conversation. Anyway my uncle basically flaked out a year ago with family issues and has been non existent but still wondering how his car is coming. Ive had to spend thousands out of my own pocket just to get the thing moving and out of my driveway. Once it was finally running he has taken it upon himself to claim credit for all the work via facebook. Anyway its got a full roll cage, stripped interior, its basically SCCA competition ready. just finished welding the framework of the fuel cell a few weeks ago. The front clip is currently off being painted as is the hood but its a really sweet ride. I wish my uncle enjoyed it as much as i do so anyway heres hoping you guys see all the work put into it.
