Original Chevy 350 that may or may not be stroked and bored. You get told one thing but never really look to see if its true or not and just roll with it. Late 80s junkyard cylinder heads, valve spring upgrades, some kind of not stockish cam, long tube headers, 600cfm carb, msd hei distributor and ignition parts, Tremec tko 600 transmission, bucket seats and a 4 point harness.
Build story
Spent way too long looking for a old late 60s C10 so I picked this up since my father used to have a 75 Ventura back in the 80s. Bought it with a muncie 3 speed HD trans that was blown but still drove! Just only had 2nd gear. Saved up and bought a tko 600 to slap in since I blew up a T5 two whole times. Both times the T5 lasted long enough to get me home. She's got a 10 bolt 3.73 rear end, roller brush paint job, original exterior and interior minus some bucket seats and 4 point harness. The SBC in it is the original 350 from 71 which isn't common for that production year. Eventually it'll have a weiand supercharger, bigger carb and bigger heads slapped on whenever I can get my hands on it again but you know how that goes sometimes. The speedometer also acts like a tachometer for some reason but at least I idle at 40mph. You dont need to know your rpm anyways. Eventually it will be mostly restored but those go fast parts come first of course then the clean up. Lastly I will say I'm unable to get more photos as I'm stuck a little ways away from her right now. Either way just hope y'all enjoy a not so common clone of a common car!
