Build story

Got the truck from a buddies shed 6 years ago in 2014. It had been on blocks since the 70's. 3 of the 4 tires still held air when we let it down. The plan was to rebuild the stock truck and enjoy it while building the 4bt s10 swap frame. I quickly found out how little love there is for old dodge trucks and the price associated with rebuilding one. Needless to say an s10 frame was bought and i never looked back. Bought a cheap cummins off ebay with a broken head. Got a FPT cylinder head and exhaust manifold off a junk skidsteer engine, turbo off of a junk generator engine, and a ag kits rebuild kit and rebuilt the engine. Stock clutch backed by a stock borg warner T-19. Custom mounts in the frame. Body mount kit from code 504 determined the firewall modification. Hand me down fuel cell tucked inside frame. Custom bent stainless brake and fuel lines. The list of custom parts is endless! The truck is a blast to drive, does 70+mph, gets 30+mpg, and turns every head in the county! Have to thank Trevor and Mitch for the endless support! (And of course the wife too!) Thanks for looking!
