1975 Pontiac Bonneville Hearse 2000 2500 Silverado Chassis

All emissions control, traction control, and noise suppression deleted!

Bought this car 15 years ago to steal the 455 Big block out of for a different project. First try converting to 4wd was a Dana 60 out of a 1980 K3500 single wheel with a square tube 3 link up front and the exact same poor pricks leave spring lift that Bias Plys did. Original frame wasn’t rigid enough so decided to drop the whole car on a rolling chassis instead. Bought a wrecked 2000 Chevrolet 2500 6.0 gasser. Stripped the body off sent the ecm to be reprogrammed and hacked everything non essential from the wiring harness. Made a rectangular tubing frame extension and moved the rear axle back 12”. Cut 2 driveshafts from the car and the 1980 Chev and buzzed them together to make the longer shaft instead of the aluminum oem. Still not 100% done 15 years later but runs drives and the 4 by works!
