Build story
This car was used as a commercial vehicle in a sugar factory when brand new. When I got it, the car was full of zip ties already, sorta running engine and a semi truck fuel tank in the trunk. Soon the engine blew a head gasket which gave a good reason to modify the heads. Top end was worn too so it was upgraded as well. Engine sounded G00D with new mods, but soon I got carried away from reality and over revved the engine, which resulted the lifters becoming thrash, a few bent pushrods and rod bearings going to waste. After a year long engine overhaul (during the time I was broke) I got it on the road for two weeks, until the car needed MOT inspection, which I knew it would not pass. After a long winter of rust fixing, new DIY exhaust, fuel tank swap, etc. the car was finally driveable again. Last year was full of tire smoke and good times. Now I'm painting the car to give it the look an old commercial vehicle deserves.\r
