1979 GMC Astro

Stock single rear axle. Cummins big Cam 290. 10 speed.

Currently starting the build. Just picked it up. My Grandfather had a fleet of Astro's in the 70's and 80's. My Dad drove for the family business. Back and forth from the Maritimes to Ontario. I picked this up to haul our wedge trailer with 3 race jeeps and camper on it. Seemed like a better choice than a 30 000 dually. My Dad found one of our old cabs in the woods of NS and is currently pulling parts off of it for mine here in Alberta. \r
Plans are to fix it back to stock and update some of the running gear.
