I bought this bike when I was 24. I painted this bike right before I left college. I wanted a color that would flop from green to blue. I went with PPG vibrancy line. The base coat is black with “liquid crystals” which are discontinued. The second coat is 3 coats of green pearl. Since i strongly believe bikes and cars are meant to be ridden or driven, i sprayed bed liner on the underside of the fenders. I hand polished it and have ridden this bike 30,000 miles from California to oregon (I even rode this bike to see the total eclipse). I choose the leather and had a some one else do the upholstery for me. I had him include a coin that was given to me by my dad when I was 9 years old to show my Mexican roots. The necklace I found it on the ground a week after I bought the bike. My mother told me I was lucky and it will look great on my gf, but when she saw the necklace on my bike she rolled her eyes and walked away. This bike ain’t no garage queen. I do ride it when ever I have a long distance trip. It will most likely be the last bike with lots of chrome I will ever own.
