Build story

I live in Tweed Ontario. I flew to Grand Prairie Alberta and drove the truck over 4000km home. It was a total of 41 hours of driving time and I averaged 15L/100. The first summer I spent a bunch of time just getting it road legal, new tires (had to put wheel spacers in between the duals) had a custom exhaust built, and a bunch of other small odds and ends. The next summer (2018) I had the 4" lift put in. Im sure I spent a bunch of time fixing or improving other small things. The spring of 2019 was when i decided to tear the whole truck apart. I was going through a tough time in life at this point, I had alot of big life plans change in a hurry. I had planned on doing the work to my truck at some point but I decided to go ahead with the truck to keep me busy and give me something positive to work towards. I wanted to have the frame boxed in and a set or traction bars built, and I also wanted a new clutch since I smoked the stock one truck pulling. While the truck was torn apart I painted the frame, engine, trans, tcase, driveshafts and inner fenders. I also replaced a couple leaking gaskets at the time. 6 months later i finally put it back together, just in time for the last 2 truck pulls of the season. That brings me up to this point, it runs, drives, stops, and turns heads like no other. I still have tons more work to do to it but atleast I can enjoy it and drive it for now.
