5 Speed Swapped (Getrag 360), Welded diffs front and rear, "Custom" Shackle flip spring in rear. 4 in lift (or what used to be before i took leafs out because a stage coachs ride quality was better), 4Dz in the bias ply variety with DIY beadlocks. Boat-nosed front clip. 17.5K winch. Custom snorkel from some intercooler piping. VE pump with 3200 fuel pin but not the spring. Recently swapped on an extended cab for more cabin room ;).
Build story
It was easier to start with a rusty 3/4 ton and cut away the shit i didn't want than to swap axles under something. So i started with my Grandpas first gen cummins plow truck that the cab was missing about 99% of the floors. first round of patching got kind of aggressive (Did a better job on the second cab). I wheeled it with some military tires and a 4 in lift the first year in 2018. I basically knock out as many items over the winter then wheel all summer. Tinker with it at nights and what have you. First couple times she got major upgrades was the night before a wheeling trips with the help of my friends and the keg in the garage fridge. \r

Recent upgrades this winter were a manual swap because i had blown the poor 727 auto 700.8935 times and wanted to go manual. Tossed in a getrag 360 and an extended cab to get a fresh chance at patching the floor/ having more to start with. I also made a dual battree setup behind cab along with an air compressor I had laying around. Also rigged up a fuel cell for this year. Still plan on putting the expanded metal bed back on just haven't gotten to it yet. \r

Never get much footage of the old gal because we usually just wheel the shit out of the rigs and then drink but one funny story: the pics with the tire off the rim, that tire came completely off while doing donuts. Up until then, i've only debeaded the tire but never from completely on rim with air, then rolling passed you. Just me chuckling going there what photos i do have.
