Build story

My parents bought this car new in 1991. The SE trim level came standard with a manual trans, but my mother forced my dad to pay an extra $700 for the automatic option. It has been garaged every winter since new, and thus has never seen a New England winter. Hence why it's still a car and not a pile of rust about to blow away in the wind. In 2001 or 2002, around the time I was born, the rear shocks collapsed and my dad installed Koni lowering shocks and replaced the stock corroded rims with Borbet 5 spokes. I bought the car from my parents when I was 16 for $600, and have been adding little touches to make it mine ever since. First mod was the cold air intake, and over that past year I've gotten more daring, swapping in a junkyard 5 speed and a Schneider racing cam.
