The brush guard, 16 inch light bar, and Flowmaster exhaust are then only mods the truck has on it.
Build story
My friend bought this truck at an insurance auction in the Spring of 2019. with exactly 265,001 miles. It had been in a wreck that destroyed the front end. At that time my friend was taking body shop classes at the local vocational school. So we had access to a frame rack. After about an hour on the frame rack it was straight. Then It was just a matter of getting replacement parts. We went to the scrap yard got a new front end. After putting it all together I bought it from him. We figured out that it spent all its life in Florida until 2017 or 2018 when it was brought to. The truck has absolutely no rust on it what so ever. It's impossible to find a rust free truck like this in Michigan. Its equipped with the 4.6 Romeo engine, automatic trans, electric transfer case, and 3.55 limited slip rear end. This truck is unstoppable it handles snow like no other and holds its own in mud. At 267,000 the fuel pump was replaced and at 270,000 I had to replace what I believe was the original ford alternator. Other then that I have not had to do any work to it. Its got 277,000 miles on it as of now. I plan on putting it away during the winter so I can keep it rust free. All the years in the southern heat has done a number on the paint and plastic interior parts. I have a new interior that ill be installing in the coming months. It will need to be repainted at some point.
