This is my 1971 Chevrolet Chevelle. I had a project '72 Chevelle that I was unable to spend much time working on due to lack of time between my job and family and other responsibilities. I found this one for sale and it was almost exactly what I wanted in my dream car (would prefer a manual trans over automatic) so I sold my project '72 and a 1995 Z28 Camaro to help pay for it. After a short test drive I decided to buy it and road tripped it home about 400 miles with my dad which was an uneventful and fun experience. It has had a 454 big block swap and the shifter was moved from the column to the console. It is an older restoration with some imperfections but it is perfect for me and something I enjoy driving in the limited free time I have.
