Engine. 940 turbo motor, t3/t04e turbo gated to 18 pounds on ported manifold, turbosmart recirculating bov for a bmw, mild cam, modified ebay mk4 gti intercooler, 940 electric cooling fan, mustang t5 trans and driveshaft, clutch masters fx250, wasted spark ignition on chipped factory engine management with 42 pound injectors, custom 2.5 inch stainless exhaust and as far as I can remember that's every drivetrain besides the welded diff. Chassis/suspension. Bc racing coilovers, kaphelnke roll center correction/angle mods, ipd poly bushings and adjustable rear upper arms and track bar, custom built adjustable lower arms to center the rear wheels in the arches, some ipd gt style strut braces, that's it for now. Exterior/interior. Polished lip mercury grand marquis wheels on adapters, 940 front lip with reproduction add ons, early saab 9000 rear wing, clear signal ebay taillights, the interior is literally a used/probably fake bride race seat on brackets, momo prototipo and interior pieces from 3 other volvos I've owned.
Build story
After owning a couple of these I found this car as a rolling g shell and thought I would buy it and save it being that it was in decent shape. Pieced it together with parts I had lying around and stuff from another car i built with a junk body. It's really nothing special but I enjoy it, i think it looks nice and pretty period correct for the era and I have the only one around so that's kinda cool. It's not fast but its definitely quick, like anything it's never done planning on going megasquirt and putting big rods in it and probably a gt35 and shooting to blow up the trans haha.
