Its a 1992 f-350, that had a 351w gasser and an automatic, I swapped in the 12 valve and put in a 5 speed stickshift.\r

The f-350 and the 12 valve engine both had around 182,000 miles when I did the swap in 2017. Its got stock fueling, only a moved up fuel plate, and adjusted AFC.\r
I machined the adapter plate myself.\r

-Floor shifted 4wd\r
-4:10 gearing \r
-4 place pillar gauge for engine monitoring. \r
\r
5% tint all the way around except the windshield.\r
\r
I designed, sourced, and installed and charged the AirConditiong, it uses half dodge and half ford parts. Works perfectly!\r

-Basic CD player/radio with AUX.\r
-Power front windows.\r
-New mechanical fuel pump (on the 12 valve)\r
-New gas tank and lines. (19 gallon tank is spray painted with truck bed liner for rustproofing.\r

Eddie Bauer front seats and center console, more comfy then the bench seat that was in it.\r
I built this truck to be a ultra reliable tow rig and daily driver.

Build story
I wanted to do something different, yet familiar.\r
I love the obs trucks and I’m working on a tight budget, so that means I had to Create all the bracketry and wiring. I just reused all the harness I needed from the donor 94 dodge\r

I’m a machinist by trade so the fabrication came naturally to me, I scoffed at spending 7-800 on a adapter plate, I’m not gonna pay someone to do something I can do myself! So I made my own adapter plate, transmission cross member , and Engine mounts. \r

I started my YouTube channel to document my journey working on this truck, it’s been quite a learning curve to learn to shoot the video and work on the project. \r

The truck has been on the road for 3 years with only a snapped clutch rod (I have a video on it!)\r
But it’s been so reliable and gets me where I gotta go!
