Suspension dropped 2 inches in the front, jacked up torsions in the rear for probably a 4 inch lift all around. Jackman wheels 15x10, 29 inch tires. Roof in front was cut up and replaced with plexiglass to make a T top style glass roof.
Build story
I got it in highschool, was part of my dad's buggy group in the 70s/80s we got it as a roller with an unknown condition 1500 single port engine that my dad taught me the ins and outs of working on old vws, it had a few stuck valves, cleaned it up and has been running great ever since. I put rockers and front floor pans at in at school in my auto body class, and it shows.... First time doing it, but it's whatever sema wasn't my vision, making rust go away was. It started my love of owning vws in which I have gotten into buggies, and also have a rotted out 57 oval window beetle. Thank you for your judging, sorry for my rambling, and have a great day!
