Originally purchased new locally in Edmonton Alberta Canada and only racked up 71000km from 1978 to 1991 hauling a camper during the summer months. It was parked and sat in the same spot for 20 years before being donated to the kidney foundation and showing up at the auto wrecker(were I worked) to be parted out and scrapped. I bought it and sold it to a friend who never did anything with it, I bought it back in 2014. I then went to work cleaning it and changing all the fluids, doing a tune up, and the usual maintenance items. Since then I’ve just been driving it. Summer of 2020 I lowered the suspension and replaced the exhaust system. It’s performance is pretty lacklustre having only a 2bbl 400 big block and 3 speed auto and fuel economy is... well it has dual fuel tanks for a reason. Have put about 25,000km on it problem free since 2014. This truck is my baby, don’t think I’ll ever sell it. Love your channel, glad to see you were included as a judges this year!!!!
