1970 hood, front grille, and rear bumper, custom bumble bee stripe, 68’ 318 la block bored and stroked to 355, Weiand Stealth intake, Holley Sniper EFI, wrapped long tube headers, homemade custom nascar style boom tube dual exhaust with H-pipe, Transgo shift kit, B&M ratchet shifter, Hellwig front and rear sway bars, larger 5/8” studs to run Bassett circle track rims, racing bucket seats.
Build story
Always loved the old Mopars, especially the Swinger 340s. I’ve raced a little dirt track, watched a lot of racing, and wanted to bring the old Mopar kit car look into my build so that’s kinda what I was going for. Been a pretty long journey from rescuing the car in Kentucky till where it is now. All work except the engine build was done by myself. Currently in the process of sound deadening trunk and floor, new carpet, and swapping an open differential to a sure grip unit.
