Build story
This truck was the first vehicle I bought. A farmer who lived down the street from me owned this truck since new. He used it twice a year to haul a cattle trailer, racking up an tough 25,000 miles. Jerry, the original owner, made the front and rear bumper shortly after destroying the old one by hitting a tractor. He Unfortunately passed away last year and I purchased the truck from his wife. We talked about Jerry and this is when I learned about the old school hotroder from whom I bought my truck. Shortly after I brought it home his wife also passed away and their farm was sold. Many of his other projects were sold as scrap and to my knowledge “Spooky” is the only one left. I have done my best to do what jerry would have wanted but the build is far from over. I am honored to have such a piece their of history.
P.S. The truck is named spooky because it was made on Halloween and bought on Friday the 13th
