Ahh, 1986. When men had trucks and bi!#*s had mustangs. This F-250 came factree with a 460, a 4 speed and 4WD. When my friend got it (he was the previous owner) it had a worn out worn out 460 and a 3 speed auto. Within months of owning the truck, you bet that 460 was replaced (with another 460) and that auto turned into a 4 speed. Well a few mods later and many quarts of oil it reaches me. I’ve added a few mods and have replaced a water pump. Not much, but the truck has sentimental value. I’ve been in my hometown for as long as I can remember. I’ve been everywhere in that truck. Denver, Peyton, Boone, etc. It’s a strong running truck with broken 4WD (as of now, it’s a work in progress) and a strong, working trucks soul.
