Build story
I wanted to build my dream car (an early second gen Firebird) into a street legal drag car. Something that would be able to compete at Hot Rod Drag Week or Rocky Mountain Race Week. I built this car with my boyfriend in our small garage in California with BARELY enough tools to do the job. It's not a ground-breaking set up but it's been a ton of fun working on it and I hope to meet my goal of running 10s naturally aspirated. The Firebird may be ratty but it has been upgraded in all the areas that count. When am I going to paint it? Never!
