Build story
I bought the van 4 years ago from a guy that bought it with his brother to rebuild. They had the basic rust free cargo van shipped to Minnesota. After I got it I just dug in and started to make my vision a reality. I collected parts and started disassembly to drop it off at the body shop. After being media blasted to bare metal and perfectly smoothed out, it was painted the beautiful brown and I got it back after 3 months being away. I then proceeded to get started on the interior. I pulled the dash and doghouse cover out and painted them. My Dad and I ran all the wiring to have lighting and speakers. I cut out all of the panels and upholstered them. I built a custom LED "stained glass looking" light box for the ceiling. I laid all the carpet and installed the swiveling captains chairs and fold out bed. I pulled the tired 350 out and completely tore it down and rebuilt it with a nice cam, aluminum heads, intake and 4 barrel carb. It’s been a labor of love and extremely challenging but it’s now a beautiful head turner that you don’t see every day!
