Junkyard LS swapped with a 67mm single turbo. Welded rear diff. Upgraded 01e transmission. Kennedy engineered adapter plate. Magnafuel 750 fuel pump with -10 fuel line.
Build story
The car started off owned by my brother about 6 years ago now. The original 1.8t lost oil pressure causing it to blow. Since then has had 3 other 1.8s transplanted into it.
Being unhappy with the outcome of each engine swap it was apparent the car wasn't meant for the 4 cylinder.
Since the ls swap the car has been daily driven to several tracks (2 hours away). To and from work (30 min drive each way). Taken to the nearest ice cream shop with my daughter's mixed in with done cyclone burnouts. The car was built to go fast and be driven and not sat.
I've had to rebuild most of everything on the car from the rear diff, rear upper a arms, rear diff cross member and mounting bracket, and engine( after swap lol). I've learned how to tune with this vehicle on hp tuners and switched to Holley further down the road and plan on going faster with it this year.
Everything that has been done to the car has been done by me apart from the adapter plate and since aluminum welding which was done by my brother.
