back in 2017 i found the car sitting in a field near my home town. i asked the nice old lady if she would ever consider selling and she told me to make an offer. after a little haggling, i gave her a whopping 150 bucks. that weekend I spent a good 4 hours digging it out of the clay where it had been sitting for 30 plus years , and pulled it home. at home out of pure curiosity, i put a battery to it and tried to crank her over. and she did. found that the points were shot so i replaced those. poured a couple gallons of gas in the tank. and managed to get her to fire. i only had it for 2 days and managed to wake it up after more than 30 years of laying dormant. that weekend (3 days after i first fired it) i drove it to a little cruise in car show. there were no awards but i defiantly got all the attention. i am now fully restoring it to make my daily driver.
