1977 international 4300. Has a 855 Cummins and a 13 speed road ranger transmission.

Hiab crane
15’ aluminum/fibre glass grain box

Build story

started out to be a highway tractor with the fifth wheel plate. we then cut and stretch the frame 8 feet to put on a 20 foot grain box. Also had to put a hydraulic pump on the transmission for the hoist. We used this set up for 10 to 15 years hauling grain, silage, straw. Once that box was shot we started the modifications

The crane came from a machine from a wrecking yard we bought for $800 we kept the crane and scrapped the rest and got $1000 for that. It can lift 7500lbs 6’ from pivot and about 600lbs 28’ out from pivot

We had a 15 foot aluminum fibreglass box that was in good condition and put that on the back. Had to put a control valve to control whether we use the box or crane

Forewarning this is not highway legal. Farm use only. But drives down the side road from farm to farm
