1988 Volvo 740 Turbo

This is my 1988 Volvo 740 turbo sedan. I bought it from someone who was going to make it a drift machine. This individual bought it from the original owner's brother. The original owner had passed some time before I bought it. Car was well loved but unfortunately sat for a little bit of time and as such there was a lot of work to be done on it. The build started by cleaning all the cobs webs off of it (literally) and bringing the shine back to the paint. All trim was faded, paint was dull, wheels were missing their original silver paint, suspension was worn, brakes smoked, bushings all rotted, fuel pump was also rotted. Replaced both fuel pumps and sending unit, the fuel filter, re built the front and rear suspension, the brakes, steering, re sealed almost every oil leak on the suspension, re balanced the driveshaft with new u joints, and basic got the entire car to stage zero. Once that was accomplished I thought it'd be nice to update the interior next. The interior is from a 1990 740 which I bought wrecked from another 1 owner. I mixed both vehicles to create a single 1 owner car that both owners would be proud to drive. The build is continuing as there's always something to be done. Next on the list is sound deadening the interior and eventually the wiring harness will re-made. Hope you all like it, this is my pride and joy.
