Build story
So to start off the story, this car had been sitting abandoned on a property for at least five years after the previous owner had passed. The company I work for bought the house to rehab, and the car came with it. She originally had the Buick 3.8l v6 motor with the th350 auto, it was in decent shape when I got it but it still took a whole weekend to clean out all the acorns and get it running again. I drove it around on the original engine with the plans to do a v8 swap, then had to do one when the engine gave up on the start of a road trip from overheating, hydrolocking, and breaking a rod. I did my first engine rebuild in a week after getting the new engine, then I’ve been fixing her up more with the hopes of going on power tour when that happens again
