I bought this truck blown up about 3 years ago, with all the normal 6.0l problems ie. Bad oil cooler, clogged egr, bad injectors, and a blown head gasket. I've done all the work myself, over the last 3 years with all the money I could scrape up. I wasn't planning on making a sleeper, but I spent all my money on the engine, and neglected the exterior?. Now I have a reliable truck that can tow anything, and she's a ripper!!
