Disk brake upgrade up front, all new brake lines and all new drums. 100% of the brakes were replaced. The rest was just updating what was there to get it on the road again.

Build story
Found on a local farm, this old delivery truck was last tagged in 1982. Sitting in a hole with trees that grew around it, we cut the tree back and pulled it out of the hole it was in. Having been an animal home for all those years, the smell was outstanding. Burn you eyes. The engine would turn over and since we don't have the rain or humidity issues other states have, the frame was solid only had some sheet metal rust where dirt gathered and sat wet.
The truck has its original 223 inline 6 with 3 speed on the column. After many months I was able to get it to run and eventually run pretty well. Plugs, wires, new points etc. Its now a running and driving project. Needs to be rewired, but its functional again. Was so fun to bring this one back. From all I can tell that the original blue paint. The trust was used as a bread delivery truck from the time it was purchased new. Custom shelves were built into it that had to be removed do to the animals living in it for so long, it was pretty rancid.
