Build story
I bought the car 8 years ago and have been slowly making modifications. This car is my daily driver and has about 120,000 miles on it.
I put the TSW wheels on it shortly after I bought it and they just make the car pop so much more than the factory wheels.
Many years went by and it was time to address the sagging rear springs, so I installed a Megan Racing coilover suspension setup. The ability to tune the suspension made autocross that much more fun. The stance was also much improved.
A lifter failed on the car in 2019 and needed to be changed. It was the first time I had ever removed the heads from an engine! During the repair, I installed a new Summit Racing Ghost cam and some other maintenance parts since I was that far into the engine. The cam gives the car just enough character and lump at idle, it was the perfect addition to the car.
