Build story

This truck was bought new by my grandpa off the dealer lot, and was used as a work truck for most of her life. My dad drove it to college, which was when he installed the split bench and the rally wheels, and cut the doors for speakers. After that he daily drove it for several years until it was hit in the left front in ‘04. It needed some engine work done anyways, so he parked it and got a newer rig.

When I turned 14 he tossed me the keys to it and I started tinkering. Ended up having the engine rebuilt, installing the headers and having a true dual exhaust put on it, then I daily’d her for three years straight in college. Since then she’s been driven at least once a week, and is still expected to do her share of work around here. Someday I’ll give her the TLC she deserves.
