Build story
I stumbled across this truck on kijiji. I was looking for a reliable truck for doing dump runs and picking up stuff for the wife off of kijiji. When I totally fell in love with it, I contacted the guy and told him how much I love the truck, and I'd like to take a look at it but unfortunately my pockets are a little empty. Buddy told me I don’t need money to look at it. So I took the wife and off we went to look at the fargo. Fell in love instantly after laying my eyes on it. Turns out the guy I was buying it wasn't going to give it to just anyone. He started asking me what my plans were if I was going to chop it or put a new hemi in it? After I told him that I plan on starting it and patching the holes with signs and pretty much rat trucking it, he said it was mine, even with no money in hand. So the deal was, he kept the fargo on his property where I could go and work on it until I saved up the money for the truck. Needless to say I got the truck running a week later and paid for that summer and I had made a new friend who is absolutely crazy for slant 6 engines, so I help him rebuild one for his 1 gen dodge 100. So thats the story on how I found and obtained the Fargo100 and made a new friend. But thats not where the story stops, cuz since I brought it home, Im constantly fixing and upgrading what I can. Thanks for your time.
