Build story
I found this pickup at a local farm yard, picked it up for 1000 bucks, said the transmission was out and not sure if it ran. Started by getting it running, which was plugs, wires, fuel pump, and a general tune up, fired right up and ran great. Turned my attention to the trans, ended up being super low on trans oil, filled it up and shifted great. From there I decided to put a better cam and intake on. And redo the factory blue interior to black. Turned my attention to some cracked fenders after that and rebuilt, and repainted the bed and fenders. Other things include, all new braking system, led cab lights, new mirrors. When I repainted it, I had to do it outside, as I dont have a shop big enough for this pickup,, turned out pretty good for an outside job.. And there's a mile long list of things to do yet. But for now it's just fun to drive.
