Build story
Picked up this retired ramp truck in 2019, hadn’t been used in decades and had an aging 352 and 3 speed. Road tripped the truck hauling a car in 2019 from florida to north carolina, before spending 2020 doing a complete drivetrain swap from a 1996 F350. Restomoding the truck to retain it’s original build style, but with modern enough equipment to return to work duty. Plans are to keep modernizing the steering, suspension and brakes to match the improved drivetrain and keep on hauling for as long as its allowed to do so.
The whole project has been done in collaboration with my twitch and yt communities, and we#039;ve all learned skills together as we go.
