Build story
Watched the car show last year and wished I had something worth entering. Took that motivation with quarantine and got to work on my truck. I've got multiple projects I've wanted to work on but time has always been an issue. Lockdown changed that and gave me motivation to get started.
First stage with this truck was cleaning it up and making it road worthy. With 420,000km on the clock it needed some TLC. Having purchased it from a fellow at work, I wanted to keep it rolling as I knew he took good care of it. Plus saved having to look for another vehicle!
In the end we made a good rough truck into a good clean truck that we enjoy driving everyday!
Plans in the future include a lift and some 35" tires. But Saskatchewan winters delay many projects, including that one.
