Narrowed frame, shortened torque tube, hand built body, hand stitched seat, fabricated spring hangers, twin carbs, fabricated exhaust, even made the fuel pressure pump.
Build story
I also have a stock 1928 Chevy and a ton of spares for it, this build came about as a way of keeping most of those spares in one place.
I was inspired by the Bert Deacon Moyers 1928 Chevy beach racer, which I think is a great looking car.
Tuning and mechanical upgrades to come, the video shows that the carb setup needs work.
Build cost were minimal as I had all the bits, I did not keep a tally but reckon around £500. ish.
