Build story

Bought this car because it was the closest/cheapest car on craigslist. Came with no interior, trunk full of misc parts, an 80’s 305 V8 and V6 powerglide. Rear was stock 3.08s. You had to hold it in low until the power steering belt started squealing, then shift to high. It would burp, secondaries would open up, and give you a little smile. I had the 6.0 ready to go into an S10, I went to get the windshield replaced on the chevelle, lower channel was rusted out. I had to pull the entire front clip off the car to replace the channel, friend came over to help, and next thing you know the 305 was out of it. I worked within a budget, all purchases were with cash, found some good deals online, did 98% of the work myself.
