Mods
So far the only mods I’ve done have been putting storage trays, tie downs, and fabricate a bracket to mount my welder. I’m currently working on painting the exterior.
Build story
This is my 94 Kodiak. I bought this truck in Sacramento. My boss has been talking about retiring for quite some time, so I figured it be a good idea to start thinking about having a plan B. That’s when this truck came up for sale. It used to be a truck used in a mine in Nevada. It would service all the equipment at the mine. It has a 366 big block Chevy, with a manual transmission. I’m slowly setting up so I can do everything I need to do out in the field. Welding, hydraulic hoses, etc. Eventually I would like to add an 8.1 gas engine (I’d love to put a diesel, but california doesn’t like medium duty trucks with non compliant diesels)
