Mods
2005 zx10r engine placed dangerously in the back where it’s fun to have it.
Build story
No store bought kit, I made everything to fit it, like the engine frame/mount, the custom output shaft, the Subaru rad in the tail, (so the air goes through it and stays out of the car completely)
Entire engine transplant is reversible back to stock if need be.
First experimental transplant was done to my wife’s car, the yellow bug, and it worked so well, I decided to reverse the project back to stock and buy another bug to do it right/better. So I made a Covid bug, and made it blue. Gulf blue. 0-60 in just over 5 seconds, street legal, and been driving it for 2 summers.
